By accessing or using Elevate on Android, iOS, or the web, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the app. These terms apply to all users, including athletes, coaches, and other visitors across all supported platforms.
To use Elevate’s core features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Ensure that your provided information is accurate and current. You may access your account via the mobile app (Android/iOS) or the web portal.
Elevate enables synchronization with third-party fitness devices and services, including Garmin, Polar, and Suunto. When you connect a device, you authorize Elevate to access and store related health and performance data. This information is shared with your assigned trainer to optimize your training. You can manage or disconnect devices at any time across all platforms.
All content and functionality in Elevate—including training plans, software code, design, and branding—is owned by Elevate or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
Elevate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from the training plans or synced data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages arising from the use of Elevate, whether on mobile or web, including misuse of data or third-party device issues. Always consult a healthcare professional before beginning any training program.
